research. Surfing the net on how to make dough, sauce and toppings for the pie.
Dough:
2 cups all purpose
flour
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup milk
6 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all the
ingredients in a bowl and knead it. Make sure the ingredients are well mixed
and until the dough is smooth.
Roll it to a ball and
press it with rolling pin.
Sauce (red):
1 big can of tomato
sauce
1 small can of tomato
paste
1 clove garlic; minced
Crushed dried basil
pepper and salt
oregano
Saute garlic in olive
oil. Once it changed color, put on the tomato sauce and paste. Put basil,
pepper, salt and oregano to taste.
Sauce(white) - instead
of tomato sauce and paste replace them with milk and parmesan cheese.
WILL:
I am the one that should do this pizza project but I slept for two hours that afternoon and when I get up I saw Abbey already cooking the pizza sauce and the toppings. He is also the one who do the no-yeast dough. Sya na lahat. Taga tikim n lng ako. Haha.
Well, now, the verdict: sarap! The dough taste like the greenwich :) the toppings syempre dahil di tinipid eh ang sarap tlga! This pizza served as our dinner and breakfast kinabukasan.
