PATTIES
1 1/2 pounds lean ground pork
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, eggs, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 12 (4 inch) round patties.
2. Fry
GRAVY
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons Corn Starch
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
200 grams cheddar cheese
1. Boil beef broth
2. Stir corn starch and water in a small bowl until smooth; add to pan. Stirring constantly with a wire whisk, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Add soy sauce and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

ABBEY: This is Wilma's
version of burger steak. I woke up and smelled something delicious from the
kitchen. I went there and saw her shaping patties and frying them. The patties
are well complemented by our newly discovered gravy formula. Matched with hot
rice, it's a delight. I had a great dinner.
