White Restaurant | The Original Sembawang White Beehoon at Jewel Changi Airport

ABBEY: I always want to bring Wilma to White Restaurant at Punggol Settlement but the queue is long. Enter their new branch at Jewel. 

 We were given a table only after a couple of minutes. We got their signature white bee hoon and horfun. Both came in a platter and you can see chunks of ingredients and you know you’re in for a treat. The taste is great. The slight char on the horfun noodles gave the smokey taste specially when mixed with the sauce. 

 The white bee hoon has a smooth texture and I really enjoyed the prawns in it. Make sure to ask for their chilli sauce. I think we asked for refill 3 times. It is that good.

What is the best meal to get? It is their White Beehoon. They do not lie that this is their best seller! One of the best! Their Horfun is good too! The smoky and fresh feeling of the noodles were there! The chili complements well with the meal! 

Darn! Will go there again for sure! There are many diners but they are quite good and fast to accommodate all.

Duo Deluxe Golden Village - Paya Lebar Laser-projected Movie Hall

ABBEY: Golden Village Paya Lebar boasts its laser projection system and its spacious twin leather seats. So we went ahead and watch Justice League on a weekend.  Only the food and drinks bought in the cinema will be allowed.  I thought the seats are able to recline but its not. The space between the other twins are not that apart. I can still feel the feet or maybe the knee of the person behind me.  When it comes to the projection I don’t find any difference with other cinema. Maybe I’m not just keen into that technology. ABBEY:  Recently, we finally got to experience the newly renovated Shaw Theatres Lido along Orchard Road just in time for The Devil Wears Prada 2 hitting the silver screen.
