ABBEY:  At last, we finally got to try Quiec by Olivia at Jewel Changi Airport! It took us a while to find it. We actually circled the entire ground floor before realizing it’s located just across the Jewel Changi Airport Lounge. We ordered a solo serving of the Classic Basque Burnt Cheesecake, and it didn’t disappoint. The texture was rich and creamy, with a good height that made each bite satisfying. There’s a distinct flavor that sets it apart, possibly from the goat cheese used in the recipe, which adds a unique twist to the classic burnt cheesecake. Just a heads-up though, it’s priced a little higher than your average cake slice, but the quality makes it worth a try. ABBEY: The wait is over as the Spiderman : No Way Home was shown in the big screen. For us it is literally a big screen as we watched it in iMax with laser.  I can say that it’s worth it. It’s as if you’re in the room with the characters. Top it up with great sound and you can really feel the action. The picture is crystal clear and sharp. Now into the movie, Marvel did an awesome storytelling . The loose ends are tied up (paying homage to Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield) and other branches are getting lined up (Yes, I guess the X-Men are coming).  It’s the edge-of-your-seat kind of thing; funny, heartbreaking, tearjerking, as well as promising. ABBEY: LARGEST HEDGE MAZE AT WORLD’S BEST AIRPORT | SINGAPORE JEWEL CHANGI AIRPORT + CANOPY PARK WILL: Most airports will cater the typical needs of passengers like restaurants, lounges and shops meanwhile Singapore Airport is providing an extra experience not only for tourist but also for transit passengers. I am not surprised why Changi Airport is  always awarded as the WORLD’S BEST AIRPORT!  In Changi, there are already four airport terminals and in the middle of those terminal lies the Jewel Changi. Hey you do not need a plane ticket to get in there. It is open to public. It is a mall with direct link to Singapore airports. You can see the famous and world’s tallest indoor waterfall, the HSBC Rain Vortex and if you are wanting for more you head to level 5 of Jewel Changi and enter the Canopy Park that holds the only hedge maze in airport! ABBEY: I was surprised when Wilma told me that we’ll be having dinner at Muji at Jewel. Seriously? It is all household items. Turns out they have cafe and deli. Wow. I got the Hamburger with Burdock, Shiitake Sauce (SGD 18.9) .  What I like the most is their 16-grain rice. It has a lot of texture and you can even eat it on its own. The meal is savoury and will really fill you up. Pay extra for the drinks. ABBEY: After out dinner at Muji, we went for coffee at Maison PB (Jewel). The ambiance is cozy with its “kitcheny-homey” feel. I got a cup of Caramel Cafe Latte. And we partnered it with a pastry. The pastry is sweet and really complemented the coffee well.  Maison de PB at Jewel Changi WILL:  Jewel Changi is a home for new restaurants and cafes in Singapore. They are not your usual/ordinary cafes. Some of those occupies until 2nd floor like the Maison de PB. Of course   after a heavy meal at Muji Café, we headed to  Maison de PB  for desert and drinks. To my delight, I ordered a heart-shaped bread and hot matcha tea. Pain Coeur, $5.50(Heart Shaped bread) is so flavorsome. The bits of strawberry and sweet glazed is perfect. Matcha tea is not bland and fake. Haha. It is thick, creamy and tasty! Just perfect for the Pain Couer. The café is good for a relaxing tea time and 100% good for people watching  We will sure come back here to try...

ABBEY: After a sumptuous lunch we went to Amazon Cafe for coffee. The decorations are of a cartoony-jungle so don’t be afraid to go in. I tried their amazon coffee. Funny thing is that it is not marked as bestseller or must-try on their menu since that is their name. But the staff clarified that it is. The coffee taste good; strong but not bitter.  We partnered it with a slice of red velvet cheesecake which is by the way smooth and has the right amount of sweetness. Totally recommended. Next time I’ll try their iced version of honey black coffee. ABBEY: I always want to bring Wilma to White Restaurant at Punggol Settlement but the queue is long. Enter their new branch at Jewel.  We were given a table only after a couple of minutes. We got their signature white bee hoon and horfun. Both came in a platter and you can see chunks of ingredients and you know you’re in for a treat. The taste is great. The slight char on the horfun noodles gave the smokey taste specially when mixed with the sauce.  The white bee hoon has a smooth texture and I really enjoyed the prawns in it. Make sure to ask for their chilli sauce. I think we asked for refill 3 times. It is that good. ABBEY: We were able to see the HSBC Rain Vortex Light Show at Jewel few minutes before watching a movie. It is a 5-minute show where the lights and sounds give life to the tallest indoor waterfall.  Show starts at 7:30PM and every hour after that until 12:30AM. But no need to wait for that; the waterfall itself will amaze you with its rainforest ambiance. Surely this is one of the jewels of Jewel.  Go to the airport way early before your flight and visit Jewel. HSBC Rain Vortex Light & Sound Show Jewel Changi Airport  WILL:  The newly built glass dome with cascading waterfall will surely amaze you! What more if you see the light and sound show of Jewel Changi Airport? Jewel Changi has the world’s tallest indoor waterfall with almost 38,000 liters of water cascading every minute through the oculus.   I do not want to spoil anything about the light and sound show, so please just go there and watch it. ABBEY: Yey, we set foot at Shaw Theaters (Jewel) when we watched Men In Black International at the Lumiere. Only less than 30 seats which means more space for every guess.  The 20SGD ticket will give you comfort from their reclining seats which converts to a something like a sofa as the middle divider can be removed. The theater is clean and the sound is immersive (DTS:X). I enjoyed watching the movie. Shaw Theatres Lumiere at Jewel Changi Airport  WILL: Once you have experienced the comfort of watching a movie on a LaZBoy, you will save money to experience that again! On Men In Black International, we chose to go to the newest Shaw Theatre.. Jewel Changi Branch. We chose Shaw’s Lumiere.  It is the 2nd to the last full show and the ticket costs $20 each. ABBEY: The Alley at Jewel will not have a short queue anytime soon. People flock to get a serving of the bubble tea. We joined the queue and got Brown Sugar Deerioca & Cocoa Fresh Milk. As with the name, the drink is sweet. You need to mix it to get the full flavor. Maybe we’ll try again for other drinks once another branch opens so the line will be less.
