ABBEY: I always wanted to give Wilma a ring from Tiffany & Co. Presenting your gift in that iconic tiffany blue box is worth it. But since she already got her second engagement ring, I bought her a pair of ear”ring”.

The ordering process is seamless and online. Their staff Michell really attended me well. She threw suggestions along the way and I made our purchase. She even arranged a personalized note and have the item delivered to our preferred store at Ion Orchard. The online service is superb and all went well.

Then came the collection day. We went to the shop and we told we were for item collection. The staff checked and a few seconds later our order is in front of us.

We prefer to collect at the store rather than delivery as we wanted the Tiffany experience. After it was given to us we feel it’s as if they wanted us to get out of the store as soon as we can. We were never given the courtesy to verify the item. It was even us who asked if we could check it on the couch. The pieces of jewelry is good and as what we’ve seen in the site. It is beautiful. But the shop in Ion Orchard (1st level)? No.

WILL: Abbey asked me and I received. 

Haha! I told him that I want earrings as a gift and yet he went extra mile giving me a Tiffany & Co jewelry. 

We reached Tiffany & Co ION branch and we were greeted by a man. Abbey ordered it online so it was well packed. The white box was immediately put in their iconic tiffany blue bag. Now my question is, “Is this really the Tiffany and Co?”. You may asked why? I didn’t feel any warm welcome from the store and as I said the white box was just handed to us. How do we know if the jewelry is there or if the item is correct? So I asked permission if I can sit at one of their chairs. While opening the box (it is really hard to open) the same man just handed us a bottled water. Not even asking if we need any help. (Nike customer care is better than him. OMG!) At that time there are only 3 clients including us so I am not sure why he care less on us. We went off and I am not sure if someone bid a goodbye to us. Tiffany and Co absolutely tarnished my expectations on them. 

Anyways, I am surprised how Abbey pulled off his surprise message. Thank you so much baby! Of course I will marry you again and again!

Will I come back? I don’t know? Abbey is the one buying pieces of jewelry  for me. Haha. But he saw my frustrations and he can compare the kindliness and care of local jewelry company than Tiffany & Co.

LUXURIOUS YACHT SINGAPORE CITY SKYLINE CRUISE | FROM SENTOSA COVE TO MARINA BAY - ONLY $50 MOCKTAIL INCLUDED

ABBEY: Being on a yacht cruise is one of the items in my list. At last we managed to book a 1-hr City Skyline Cruise on December 12. This includes a mocktail. We’re ready and excited for our cruise. But a couple of hours before our schedule I got a call that due to bad weather it will be cancelled. We were able to reschedule it at the end of January the next year. Come that day, we’re at One15 Marina Club thirty minutes early.

We onboarded late but the crew assured us that we will be having our whole 60 minutes. And just we were promised we maximized our time; taking snaps with Singapore Skyline and explore the perimeter of Singapore Southern Islands. We enjoyed the whole time and even got a tote bag as souvenir. This is indeed a new way to explore the Red Dot. 

WILL: We are scheduled to have this yacht cruise for our festivity celebration BUT the weather didn’t  permit it. After waiting almost 2 months we were re-scheduled. Anyways! Safety first right? 

 What you will expect at the yacht Singapore skyline tour? Well, it is an hour of travel. You will be seeing the Lazarus Island, Sister and Kusu Island. You will be having a cute lecture about Singapore’s history. You will see for yourself the floating hotel that is on standby for sudden COVID influx. Of course the sight of Marina Bay will not be missed. Be cautious Singapore has huge waves maybe because of the cargo ships moving around the island. 

Yacht Cruise is only $50 (mocktail included) if you book through Sentosa but you can book directly to Le Tara look for kabayan Capt. Fred and you know the drill right? Cough** Discount - Cough**Freebies Haha.

Natureland Spa Premium at Marina Bay Sands

ABBEY: At last after almost two years, our bodies got themselves a massage from a premium spa Natureland (Marina Bay Sands). Have a reservation before you head there. The session was 30 minutes behind the schedule but we got a nice couple room. I told the masseuse not to be fooled by Wilma’s built and they can give her a hard massage. 

I enjoyed the neck cracking and “elbowing”. I felt my spine decompressed, my shoulders and calves relaxed. I was continuously asked if I’m OK, which I am. All the muscle stiffness is gone. I turned into a jelly. Haha. 

We were given ginger tea and water after the session. Definitely recommended!

Natureland Spa Premium at Marina Bay Sands

WILL: Natureland Spa branches are sprouting in many places in Singapore and one of their newest premier branch is at Marina Bay Sands. 

We booked 4PM and arrived on time but I am not sure what happened and our schedule was pushed to 440pm. Before 5PM we are already at one of their couple room and we were handed a disposable underwears. The room, the sheets are clean and pleasantly smells. We chose exotic oil aroma for our massage.

Abbey advised my masseur that I need a hard massage and it is the start of my new life! Haha! The masseur frantically kneaded my back, my shoulder and side of my ribcage. It is a total relief. This is one if the few spa that I will give a 5-Stars. Haha!

Definitely will comeback by April.
