Ingredients:
Medium-sized cucuzza - cut to bitesize pieces
10 cherry tomatoes or 2 medium ones - cubed
1 medium onion - sliced
3-4 garlic cloves - minced
Fresh Basil
Fresh Basil
Sauté onion then garlic. Mix in the tomatoes until it is soft. Lastly put the upo and fry for a couple of minutes. Put water and let the cucuzza cook until your preferred tenderness. Toss the fresh basil. Serve with rice.
