ABBEY: Since I love coffee my wife gave me 3 packs of coffee from Dutch Colony for my 10th year in Singapore. I got the ones from Brazil, Columbia and Sumatra. All of them went well on the cold brew process. The ones from Brazil and Columbia gave sour fruity taste when I made them in a moka pot, but the Sumatra just tasted the same hot or cold.
