ABBEY: One of our activities for our December celebration is to walk the beach line of Sentosa. It was still a few kilometers and we got hungry. The farthest beach we went to is Tanjong Beach and FOC Sentosa is just around the corner. They were able to accommodate us even though no reservation was made. We decided to try their Pork Iberico Paella. It was sharing for 40SGD. After 20 minutes our food was served. The pork is tender and melts in your mouth. The fat mixed with rice is a delight. Talk about the rice grain? It is grain in steroids. Each is plump and big. Next thing we know is I’m scooping the crunchy burnt ends on the skillet.
