Whew! That is an automatic upgrade of a HOTEL!  InterContinental is adjacent to Bugis Plus Mall and it is quite convenient for people who love to shop. We were greeted gleefully by the concierge. The check-in process only took us around 15 minutes and informed us of room upgrade! From Heritage Room to Deluxe Room! Yeyyyy!!!
