Mr. Bean

ABBEY:
Can't remember that I've tasted food from Mr. Bean. Good thing that my wife reminded me. She used to buy me what we called their version of Japanese cake. It like a thick hot cake cooked in a waffle machine without the square design. Each pastry has a filling; chocolate, custard, berry jam. Didn't tried their soya drinks as I'm not into it. The pastries are good match for my coffee at the office.

WILL: Oh, really love this. My mother told me that I never drink milk from her or even a milk formulated from animals, why? Allergies. Alangan naman na pakainin ako agad ng solid foods diba? Hehe. So doctor prescribed a soya based milk for me.
And maybe thats the reason why i love this soya beans in any form, mapataho, tokwa or soya milk pa sya.
I am glad that here in Singapore, Mr. Bean offers soya in many forms. Hehe. As a cake, ice cream, soya milk, ice blended and many more prices ranges from $1.20-$3.
My favorite is the ice blended with sago :)

Wendy's Singapore

ABBEY: Its good there are branches of Wendy's in SG. What I like the most is their biggie size fries and drinks. It satisfies big appetite like mine :) A meal starts from 6 to 7sgd. We visited their branches at Orchard road after our remittance. The fastfood chain also serves frosty, baked potato with lots of toppings to choose from. The burger ranges from single patty up to half pounder along with cheese or TLC.

WILL: What exactly you will miss with Wendys? Is it the fries? Is it the taste of the burgers? Or the salad? For us, we really miss the FROSTY! For 2$ you can get this brain freezeeeee dessert.
Whats good with Wendy's it has similar taste with the one in Philippines. :) they have their branch at Orchard Road and NEX mall.

City Square Mall

ABBEY:
The first time we got into this mall is when they soft-opened last year. Back then, there are still boutiques and shops undergoing final construction. When we went there for Pizza Hut's Facebook Party, the mall is fully opened. One thing I noticed is that is has a lot of food and beverage outlets: be it a fine dining restaurant, fast food chains, or food courts. They even have a flyer for F&B alone. Its a big mall, but most of its aspects and features are focused towards a greener environment. That's why it was tagged as the first eco-mall in SG. The mall can be reached via Farrer Park station (Purple Line).

WILL: Earth friendly mall? This is the first on the list! Solar panels for their electricity. This mall is full of restaurants with different cuisines. From abot kaya up to very expensive one.
Very nice not so crowded. Have a relaxing ambiance. :)
From purple line, alight at farrer park station and take the exit "i".
