Most Affordable Dumplings & Noodles at Jewel Changi (Local Favourite!)

ABBEY: We keep coming back to Lema Dumpling at Jewel, and for good reason. Their noodles are consistently fantastic. They have that perfect QQ texture. Bouncy, springy, and satisfying to chew, exactly how good noodles should be.

The Signature Dan Dan Noodle is a must-try. The soup leans towards a peanut-butter sweetness with a gentle kick of spice that builds as you eat. It’s rich without being overwhelming, making it easy to finish the bowl.

For dumplings, we always go for the pork and cabbage. They’re flavourful enough to be eaten on their own, but the dumpling sauce takes things up a notch. A word of caution though, pace yourself. The sauce is seriously spicy. Mixing it with a bit of soy sauce before dipping balances the heat and elevates the overall taste. The dumpling wrappers are well made too, sturdy enough to hold the filling without bursting.

Beyond noodles and dumplings, Lema Dumpling also serves fried rice, stir-fried noodles, and a variety of side dishes such as egg, tofu, vegetables, and pork chops. One nice touch is the free-flow soya milk and water chestnut drinks, which makes the meal even more satisfying.

WILL: You just arrived in Singapore and already want to taste something authentic but you are confused on where to get it on the array of more than 50 food establishments in Jewel Changi? Aside from the everlasting queue of bak kut teh and white bee hoon that we blogged about, this is another for the win food we can recommend.

Lema! What do they offer? Their signature QQ Noodles and affordable dumplings. We kept coming back for their spicy soup noodle. Dan Dan is spicy and the soup have a hint of peanut that reminds me of Filipino’s kare-kare. Texture of Shredded Pork Hot and Sour Soup reminds me of Philippines Lomi but this is of course better because of the unique sour taste.

Visit in Leman is not complete if you skipped theit very affordable dumplings. It is well stuffed and the chili oil blends perfectly with every dub on it. Droollll haha!

They have a free flow of Soya Milk and Water Chestnut Drink for no extra cost. Perfect of you mistakenly food a lot of chili on your dumpling haha!

Totally recommended for tourist and this is indeed a local favouritea and on that be ready to queue for min 20mins.
