VERDICT
WILL: One of my colleague opened up her lunchbox and I saw "bopis". I didn’t dare to try even a spoon because she told me that there are too much ginger and chilis in it. I got home, I blurted out to Abbey that I want to eat "bopis" and days after it is in front of me. Ha!

Do you know how healthy option to have "bopis" on your plate? It is packed of iron and protein. A vaiand that will not fail to nourish you and your taste buds!

Thanks Abbey for learning new food to cook!

Insadong Korea Town - Resorts World Sentosa

ABBEY: Wilma is craving for kimchi so we decided to eat at Insadong Koreatown at Sentosa. The Koreatown food place is a mix of Korea-Chinese/Western. You will be the one to put your order on the machine so make sure to check the items you want listed in the wall nearby to avoid holding up the queue for too long.

I got pork belly kimchi stew which comes with a bowl of rice and side dishes (anchovies, radish, and kimchi). I like the taste of the stew. It is not that spicy and really enjoyed the flavor along slices of pork belly, kimchi and soft tofu.

The meal alone costs SGD12. And there’s our fix for Korean food.

WILL: As you can see on our blog posts, we rarely go out to roam around Singapore and dine-out. We are pretty busy with many things. Haha! But when I saw that there a Sand Sculptures in Sentosa, we immediately make a schedule for it.

Of course, every after many steps we've made, we need to re-fuel our stomach. Beside the Malaysian Food Street is the Insadong Korea Town. Aha! New variation for you to choose if you will visit Universal Studios Singapore.

There is a kiosk for you to order your food. I went for Kimchi Fried Rice with Pork. OhhhMG! Cravings for spicy food...satisfied!!! The spiciness and sourness of kimchi is inevitably loveable. Yummmy!

Their place? The interior feels like you were transported to Korea in an instant.

Truly recommended!!!

Ruffles: Hot Wings and Bacon & Loaded Bacon and Cheddar Potato Skins

ABBEY: We were looking for kimchi at Cold Storage when we stumbled upon these two new flavors of Ruffles chips. We grabbed a bag of each flavor and headed home. Oh yes, we didn’t forget the kimchi.

We preferred the classic hot wings flavor over the loaded bacon and cheddar as the latter is too salty for us.

The classic hot wings leaves a sour aftertaste as well as heat like if your eating real hot chicken wings. Next time we’ll try with soda.

Goodbye healthy eating again :)

WILL: We found a gem! Ruffles newly released flavours.. The Classic Hot Wings and Loaded Bacon and Cheddar Potato Skins.

It is unexpected that the Classic Hot Wings is really good. The spiciness and the sour taste is rewarding! The other flavor, haha, really tasted like bacon. But I will still go for real bacon..you know what I mean?

I am addicted with chips again! Oh my gosh! Anyway, like any addiction of mine, this will pass through. My little cheats!
