Fox's Chunkie Cookies

ABBEY:  Another delight that is at par with the old Chips Ahoy in terms of taste. Price per pack is 4sgd. We first tried the one with choco chips. It was good. The cookies are really chunky and flavorful. Other variants are dark choco chips and berries.

WILL: Still on hunt for cookie that will suit my cravings, accidentally discovered these. ;)
This is supposedly for abbey's daily snack on his work, but i asked if can taste a bit ;) the result? D n sya umabot s office ni abbey.
This is quite costly, $5 each pack. This is a nice try and will continue to smack it up. ;)

Shaw Theaters

ABBEY: We've seen a few movies in this theater. Latest is Harry Potter 7.2. As usual at the lobby is the ticket counters as well as the snack bar. Previews and posters of upcoming movies are also displayed. The staff are kind to usher the patrons of their needs. The theater is clean and has a pleasant smell. The seats are well placed and sound is superb. I hope in the future we can make use of their premiere; to dine on it before going to the silver screen.

WILL:  We have been to some movie houses here in Singapore but the Shaw at NEX Mall is really cool. As in freezing cool, but fret not, the temperature only dropped at the lobby but inside is very tolerable. It is so clean.
Munch your way up to your seats with their very tasty popcorn and nachos. You will not only enjoy the movie you watch but also their offered snack.. :)

Singapore Food Festival 2011

Abbey:
Another food festival, yahoo!!! This time its theme is all about spices. The festival is held at different places but we went to Clarke Quay. Its divided into 2; one is for the cuisine and the other is for gourmet.

I tried Tikka Chicken Skewers, an Indian dish, served with brianni rice. The taste of bell pepper has a perfect combination with the marinated chicken. I also had Thai's crispy chicken and sweet potato, and a Turkish shawarma. All totalled 15sgd. We went in the gourmet section, but didn't get anything as we are full. The festival had a contest in which you will smell the aroma of spices and guess its name. Winner of the contest will be given vouchers.

WILL: Wohhhhoooh! Its a feast! We went to clarke quay aftwr my office hour. And at the jampacked bridge, there located the food stalls, the best chicken tikka and chicken shawarma i ever tasted. The food costs cheaper from 3$ you can eat a dinner out of it. Here Abbey confessed, he is now loving the Indian foods ;)
A night of music and food is really good combination. Cheers to the organizers. We will wait for another food fair.
