Liempo or pre cut
pork(cubes or rectangle)
Coconut milk
2 pc red chili
Onion (diced)
Garlic (diced)
Salt and pepper
Saute garlic, onion,
and pork. Once the pork is brown, add 1/2 glass water and bring it to a boil
until the meat is tender. Add the coconut milk, and chili; cut in half. Season
to taste and serve.
