🇸🇬Boost Your Immune System with These Top Vitamin C Supplements

Boost Your Immune System with These Top Vitamin C Supplements
Boost Your Immune System with These Top Vitamin C Supplements

Right now, many of us in the office are wearing masks. Why? A few colleagues and I are dealing with tonsillitis, runny noses, and headaches. We saw a doctor and got some medicine. Little did we know, COVID-19 is on the rise again in Singapore, with 25,000 new cases in just one week.

We know this virus is here to stay, and a strong immune system is the best defense. But what makes a good immune system? We're not doctors, but we all know that vitamin C helps.

Here are the vitamin C supplements we're taking:

  1. Centrum
    • This is the vitamin C my mom's doctor recommended. It's non-acidic and contains other essential vitamins. Her skin looks great (thanks to collagen production), so we decided to try it. My husband loves it and sticks with it. Unfortunately, I can't handle the strong taste. Plus, I'm allergic to rose hip ingredients.
  2. Blackmores
    • One of the pricier brands in Singapore, but worth it during sales. It's easy to take without needing to dissolve anything.
  3. Guardian
    • My go-to for stopping coughs and runny noses. It's very effective, so I stock up during sales. This vitamin C comes with zinc to help fight colds.

That's how we choose our vitamin C. Hope this helps you pick your defense system!

Guardian Mouthwash Peppermint with TTO

ABBEY: We got a lot of good products from Guardian and one of them is this mouthwash. This products keeps my breath fresh longer and had a nice taste, not that I drink it. Its alternative when our mouthwash from Pinas is depleted.

WILL: Really want to congratulate guardian for this great idea for incorporating tea tree oil with their mouthwash.
Tea tree oil is well know for its antiseptic and anti-bacterial feature. Hehe. When using this mouthwash, the freshness is very admirable and it somewhat leaves my teeth and mouth the feeling of moisturized. There is no stingy thingy on this. Love it a lot! We bought this not more than $6 at Guardian Suntec City Branch. :)

Guardian Exfoliating Bath Scrub

ABBEY: I like using this body scrub during my weekends. It has a very good smell and you will feel relaxed and refreshed after bathing. It leaves the skin exfoliated also. We got this product at a discounted price. Its good to pamper yourself after a week's work.

WILL: We got these on sale for $2 each. Since we do not usually go to spa for some scrubs, we bought this and decided to do it on ourselves.
It really exfoliates our skin, we feel the smooth and silky skin after wash. Try this lovable product. ;)
