Coat up the Pork with Flour. Then fry until brown.
Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, water, sugar, and ginger. Let it simmer then put in the Fried Pork. Let it simmer again. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Verdict:
Abbey: This dish gave a new
twist to an ordinary sauted pork. Having enough amount of ginger to dominate
the taste, it would give you a unique flavor when they were mixed. Eat it with
hot rice, then its would be a sure hit combo.
