Chopsuey Recipe

Ingredients:
Cauliflower
Brocolli
Bell pepper (red and green)
Fishballs
Chicken liver
Garlic (minced)
Onion (medium; thin slices)

Depends on you how much vegetables you'll eat.
Separate cauliflower and brocolli into florets. Slice bell peppers vertically about 1/8 of an inch in thickness.
Slice the fishballs into quarters. Cut the chicken liver into bite-size pieces.

Saute onion and then garlic. Then put in the chicken liver.
Add the brocolli and cauliflower and stir fry them.
Add a quarter cup of water and then mix the bell pepper and fishballs. Simmer for a couple of minutes and serve.

VERDICT
WILL: I am longing for this viand. But I chose not to include this in any of our weekly menu because it requires a lot of vegetables and I am certain that we will last for 2 days before it will be all gone. Haha. But that week, I can't fight that urge haha. I asked abbey to cook it.

Wohooo! The crunchiness and sweetness of the half-cooked vegetables and the saltiness of chicken liver is an awesome combination. :)

Ahmm, we do not ate it for 2 days, we have it for 3 hahaha! Anyways, thanks to microwave for the re-heating process :) Thanks Baby for sumptuous meal.

PappaRich Singapore | Malaysian Delights

ABBEY: We went hungry before doing our weekly grocery. So we stopped by Papparich (Waterway Point B1-17) as we are craving for Nasi Lemak. A couple of minutes of waiting and then we were given a table. Write what you want in the order sheet and press the green button, and their staff will come.

I got Fried Rice Special with Fried Chicken Thigh for $10.90. It comes with pappadum also.

It was flavorful and I can't stop munching on the thigh as well as the rice. It filled my hunger and ready to go for my next task.

WILL: Every Friday, we are late to be out of our office by almost an hour but that weekend...it was really late. So we just decided to dine out before we get our weekly grocery. This is our second time to visit PappaRich. Our first is at Suntec Branch and this time is at their newly established Waterway Punggol.

I am craving for Nasi Lemak and got that quick fix in there. We queued for 10 minutes or less and waited for the food to be served for another 10 minutes. It is worth the wait. The rice, the crispy fried chicken skin and tender meat (not so bloody) of it is really awesome. Yum, yum, yum!!! ($11.90)

10/10. :) Oh, you can feel the staffs' hearts in serving their diners.
