Merlion Park

ABBEY: I've been at the park many times. The first time we went there is when Wilma had a stopover for her flight to Vietnam. Many people come there to take picture with the symbol of Singapore.

An artist even made the Merlion a hotel. It was enclosed in a room where people can check in and spend a night there.

Coffee shops and diners are available at the park as well as the duck tours terminal.
If you can't have the perfect snap with the lion-mermaid, you can have pose with its smaller version just at the back of the big one or visit the largest one at Sentosa :)

WILL: This is the well-visited park of Singapore. Located here is their Merlion... Singapore's icon. I am quite unhappy now lang namin sya nablog. The most difficult time to take picture here is on evening. So if you want to have some solo picture with beloved Merlion, go here morning to 3pm.
;) goodluck for taking the best angle of Merlion.

Sands SkyPark

ABBEY: I've seen Marina Bay Sands towers progress from being built until it was opened to the public. It is my wish to go to the top and see the bay at a higher perspective.

For a fee of 20sgd and a good cloudy windy weather, we went to the 56th floor. The lift ride will give you air pocket telling you that it will be very high up there. When we reached the top the view is awesome. We didn't waste anytime to take snaps. We were overwhelmed by the place. Drinks and light snacks are available for munching. A garden, pool and restaurant are also there at the park

WILL: Sands skypark? Expensive meh! Hehe. Its on 56th floor of Marina Bay Sands. But anyway, acting like a tourist, we want to spend some time on a noah's ark look-a-like. ;)
If you want to think over something about your life, this is a place to recommend. Hehe. Makapagnilay-nilay ka tlga. Or ako lng ang gumagawa nun, back in our home, I am staying to our rooftop just to think over what happened and will occur to my life.  Basta wag lng tatalon hehe.
They have store here for some snacks. :) A palm sweating and knees shaking experience. :)

Charlie Brown Cafe

ABBEY: The shop is located at 313 Somerset. It offers variants of coffee and frappe as well as sandwiches and crepes. I got their all-day breakfast set composed of crepe with milk-powder-stenciled face of Charlie, sausages, and turkey ham. We also tried Lucy's strawberry crepe and beef lasagna. We had mocha, cappuccino and hot choco. Total of 50sgd. The taste is great. And now we have another coffee shop to go out for in our list.

WILL: As I browse the net for unordinary coffee shops that I can bring my in-laws and sister, I saw this Charlie Brown Cafe. This is located at discovery walk of 313 Somerset. This cafe I think can accommodate 50 persons for their dine-in clients.
Snoopy is well-known character on my sister's time. Hehe. So she is quite excited to see this. Every order, andun ang muka ng mga characters pwera sa lasagna. :)
Their price range for coffee is around $4-8 and the taste Masarap! lalo na ang hot chocolate nila. Oh, I love their strawberry pancakes and crepes. Taste is awesome. Food prices are from $7 and up.
The place is quite noisy, al fresco dining kasi sila. Ooops! I forgot to mention they have this very cute stationary for your orders. :)
