Buffalo Wings




Ingredients:
chicken wings
sweet-chili sauce
egg
chicken breadings
garlic
onion

TO DO:
Beat the egg. Dip the wings in it. Cover the wings with breadings. Deep-fry the wings until golden brown. Set aside.

In a pan, saute the garlic and onion. Put half of the sweet-chili sauce.  Let it simmer. Put the fried wings on to the pan. Simmer for another minute then turn off the heat. Cover the pan and let the chicken absorb the sauce. Put more chili if want it hotter.



WILL: Parang mag-iinuman lng noh? Well, Ito ang handa ni Abbey nung bday nya, bukod sa baked mac. Medyo napadami ang dried jalapeño ang nailagay. Pero is so good to have it as a viand. Yum, yum, yum, delicioso. Just follow the steps above. ;)
